Terms of Service – Vexa AI AB
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Vexa Marketing Analytics ("the platform") is provided by Vexa AI AB (org. no. 559572-9376), Rådhusesplanaden 6 F, 903 28 Umeå, Sweden ("Vexa AI", "we"). Contact: admin@vexaai.se.
2. A private platform
The platform is a private marketing analytics and community management tool that we provide to Guilty Pleasure Group AB ("the Client") under a separate agreement. It is not offered to the public. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement applies.
3. Acceptable use
- Only staff authorised by the Client may use the platform.
- You may only connect and manage accounts that belong to the Client, such as its Google Business Profile, Search Console properties, Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok account.
- Your use must comply with the terms and policies of Google, Meta and TikTok, and with applicable law.
- You must not try to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupt the platform, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Content you publish or send
You are responsible for the replies, messages, posts and other content you publish or send through the platform. AI-suggested replies and content ideas are drafts: review them before you use them. Nothing is sent unless a user chooses to send it.
5. Third-party services
The platform connects to services provided by Google, Meta and TikTok. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their services.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
Apart from what is agreed in our agreement with the Client, the platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vexa AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited as set out in our agreement with the Client.
7. Termination and revoking access
The Client may stop using the platform as set out in its agreement with us, and we may suspend access that breaches these terms. You can revoke the platform's access to a connected account at any time in that service's settings, or ask us to do it. How we then handle the data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the platform accesses, how we use it and how to request deletion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, unless our agreement with the Client says otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
